Refund Policy

General commitment

Five Towers Design is committed to providing high-quality SEO services. If you are dissatisfied, we invite you to contact us before initiating any formal dispute. Most issues can be resolved directly.

Before project start

If you have made a payment for a service or package that has not yet started, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. The refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, minus Stripe transaction fees (approximately 1.4-2.9% + 0.25 EUR).

After project start

Once project work has commenced (including the audit or onboarding phase), we cannot offer a refund for work already completed. For monthly packages, the service can be stopped at the end of the minimum three-month period without further charges.

Work not matching brief

If you believe the delivered work does not match what was agreed in the signed brief, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will review the case and, where appropriate, carry out necessary revisions at no additional cost or issue a proportional partial refund.

Audits and one-time services

One-time services such as the Full SEO Audit and Technical SEO Audit are non-refundable once the report has been delivered. This is because the research and analysis work has been fully completed by the time of delivery.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, send an email to hello@fivetowersdesign.com with subject "Refund - [order number]" and a description of the reason. We will respond within 2 business days.
