Delivery Policy

All services are delivered digitally
Five Towers Design provides exclusively digital services. No physical shipments are involved. All deliverables are transmitted via digital means: email, shared links, Google Drive, dedicated dashboards, or other digital channels agreed with the client.
Delivery methods
- Reports and documents: transmitted via email as PDF attachments or Google Drive links
- Monthly updates: sent by email by the 5th of the month following the reference period
- Dashboard access: credentials sent by email within 48 hours of service commencement
- Calls and meetings: via Google Meet, Zoom, or other agreed platform

Delays
Five Towers Design is committed to meeting the stated timelines. If an unexpected delay occurs, the client will be notified by email with a new estimated delivery date. Delays caused by lack of access to platforms or client non-response to briefs are not attributable to Five Towers Design.
